Our Platform is designed and evolved to reflect the expectations of:

• WCAG 2.1 Level AA for widely recognized accessibility outcomes on the web
• Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) including the Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation (IASR)
• Canadian Human Rights Act principles for equitable access

In service of broader access, we have implemented or prioritized features including:

• Full keyboard navigation across interactive components on the Platform
• Skip-to-content affordances for quicker navigation where supported
• Screen reader cues with descriptive labels and landmark regions where practicable
• Colour contrast targets aligned with WCAG AA guidelines
• Responsive layouts for common device sizes and orientations
• Focus indicators that remain visible during keyboard use
• Support for browser text resizing across core marketing and account flows
• Reduced motion styling when visitors enable reduced-motion system preferences
• Form fields paired with labels, validation messages, and clear errors where applicable

While we work toward conformance, portions of the experience may temporarily fall short:

• Stripe-hosted checkout flows and widgets may impose limits outside our immediate control while still meeting stringent security requirements
• Some third-party embeds used for maps, analytics, or support tooling may vary in conformance from page to page
• Legacy PDF attachments may not consistently expose full structure for assistive technologies

We track these gaps and prioritize fixes as vendors ship improvements or replacements become available.
